What size are the towels?
Each towel is an extra-large 10" × 12" — big enough to cover your whole face in one go. No more using two or three sheets per wash.
What does 90gsm mean?
GSM stands for grams per square meter — it's how fabric thickness is measured. At 90gsm, our towels are about 12.5% thicker than standard disposable face towels. They feel substantial, absorb well, and don't fall apart mid-use.
What are they made of?
100% plant-based viscose fiber sourced from sustainably managed forests in Europe and North America. No synthetic materials, no chemicals in the processing — just natural plant cellulose spun into ultra-soft fibers.
Are they safe for sensitive skin?
Yes. Our towels are:

Can I use them on my baby?
Absolutely. The 100% plant-based formula is gentle enough for baby care. Just always supervise during use with children.
Do they contain any harsh chemicals?
No. Zero fragrances, zero alcohol, zero fluorescent agents, zero synthetic materials. Just plant fiber and nothing else.

How to Use
How do I use them?
However you'd use a regular towel — just better:
- Dry face: Gently pat dry after cleansing. No rubbing needed.
- Remove makeup: Pair with your favorite remover and wipe gently.
- Exfoliate: Wet the towel with cleanser and use circular motions for a light physical exfoliation.
- Sheet masks: Wipe off clay or sheet masks without tugging.
- Clean up: Wipe down counters, sinks, or surfaces before tossing.
Can my whole family use them?
Yep — all skin types, all ages. Daily cleansing, sensitive skin care, baby care, post-workout, you name it.
How do I keep them fresh?
Our magnetic-closure box with a viewing window keeps towels clean and dry. The sealed packaging protects against moisture and contamination until you're ready to use them.
Sustainability
Are they biodegradable?
Yes — fully. Certified biodegradable by TUV Marine OK and Kompostierbar (home compostable). They break down naturally within 90 days in a home compost setup.
What makes Nexusoftex sustainable?
A few things:
- Sourced responsibly: FSC-certified forests only
- Clean manufacturing: OEKO-TEX certified, no chemical bleaching
- Less water: Plant-based production uses significantly less water than cotton
- Fully compostable: No microplastics, ever

Can I compost them at home?
Yes! They're home-compost certified (Kompostierbar). Toss them in your compost bin and they'll fully break down within about 90 days.

What's your return policy?
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy for any reason, contact us within 30 days for a full refund or replacement. No hoops to jump through.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free shipping on all orders over $35 within the continental US.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping is 3–5 business days. Express options are available at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we only ship within the US. If you're outside the US and interested in our products, drop us a line — we're working on expanding.
