 These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Nexusoftex website (www.nexusoftex.com) and all purchases made from Nexusoftex ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our site or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. ## PRODUCT AVAILABILITY & DELIVERY All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days within the continental United States. International shipments may require additional delivery time. We will notify you via email if any items are backordered or unavailable. If your order cannot be fulfilled within 30 days, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund to your original payment method. Ensure someone 18 years or older is available to accept delivery, as packages left unattended may be damaged by weather elements. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided during checkout. ## PRICING & PROMOTIONS All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars and subject to change without notice. Applicable sales tax will be calculated based on your shipping address. We honor price adjustments for 14 days after purchase with proof of purchase. Promotional discounts cannot be combined unless expressly stated. We reserve the right to cancel orders placed at erroneous prices resulting from technical errors or misprints. ## PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS Full payment is required at the time of purchase for all orders. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. All transactions are processed securely through our payment gateway. We do not store your complete credit card information on our servers. ## RETURNS & EXCHANGES We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all unopened products. If you're not completely satisfied with your Nexusoftex purchase, contact us at returns@nexusoftex.com within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error or product defect. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Opened products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless defective. ## PRODUCT QUALITY GUARANTEE Every Nexusoftex product undergoes rigorous quality control. If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, please contact us immediately at quality@nexusoftex.com with photos of the issue. We will replace defective items at no additional cost to you. ## DIGITAL CONTENT & NEWSLETTER By subscribing to our newsletter, you agree to receive occasional emails about new products, promotions, and sustainability initiatives. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in every email. Your personal information will never be sold to third parties. We may use cookies to enhance your website experience; you can disable them through your browser settings. ## EMAIL CONTESTS & PROMOTIONS Entries for contests are accepted through our website signup forms. Only new email subscribers are eligible unless otherwise specified. No purchase necessary. One entry per person. Must be at least 18 years of age to enter. Winners will be notified via email within 30 days after each contest period ends. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited after 30 days. ## SUSTAINABILITY COMMITMENT Our packaging is 100% recyclable and made from post-consumer materials. We encourage customers to recycle all packaging components. Our commitment to sustainability extends to our manufacturing partners, who must adhere to our environmental standards as outlined in our Supplier Code of Conduct available upon request. ## LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Nexusoftex is not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from product use. Our tissues are for external use only and not intended for medical purposes.
